STEP-(all levels) Step aerobics with beginning through advanced intensity options offered. Step patterns more complex than Simple Step.

FUSION-(int/advanced) High intensity class that combines or fuses several medians for a total workout. Work at your own pace to develop your aerobic and anaerobic systems to elevate your fitness level. A different workout each time!

CARDIO CRAZE – (int./advanced) 8 week rotating schedule of great cardio routines.

MORNING STRETCH-1/2 hour (all levels) Improve posture, flexibility and balance with this soothing class.

FAT-FREE STEP CLASS-(all levels) A class based on what step training was intended to be – low impact, moderate to high intensity, fat burning, accessible to all populations and fun. Each class includes a warm-up, cardio, strength training, abdominal workout and stretch with cool down.

YOGA-45 minutes (all levels) Streamline your body shape with this unique form of stretching and toning.

MUSCLE PUMP-(all levels) Toning for the entire body using a weighted bar and dumbells for resistance. Watch your body change as your weights and strength increase.

SPINN CYCLE-(all levels) A great cardiovascular workout with a stationary racing bike as the median. The tension on each bike adjusts to accommodate all levels of riders, ensuring a comfortable and challenging workout for each participant. *Held in spinning room

CARDIO BLAST-1 hour of high intensity exercise guaranteed to increase your cardio endurance as well as your muscle definition.

BETTER BODY- (all levels) a sampling of our class formats, Better Body builds confidence while grounding you in aerobic fundamentals that you can apply to other classes. The workout consists of cardio, step, kickboxing, basic movement patterns, and strength training.  This class is suitable for all experience levels. Beginners are welcome!

SilverSneakers1-Muscular Strength & Range of Movement-Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills.

Zumba - (all levels) Fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system that will blow you away.

Water Aerobics I – A non-clinical, therapeutic class for individuals recovering from or suffering from chronic disease, surgery, or illness.  This mild exercise class is designed to exercise all muscles critical to movement and function.  Stretch and strengthen without putting undue pressure on joints and lower back.

Water Aerobics II – A moderate to high intensity workout.  Each participant works to his/her ability.  Class is designed to increase muscle tone, flexibility, and lung capacity.   Core stabilizers are also challenged.  A great aerobic workout without putting stress on knees, ankles, and lower back.  This class is also a great cross-training activity for even the athlete.

SilverSneakers®SilverSplash – Activate your aqua exercise urge for variety!  SilverSplash® offers LOTS of fun and shallow water moves to improve agility, flexibility, and cardiovascular endurance.  No swimming ability is required, and a special SilverSneakers® kickboard is used to develop strength, balance and coordination.

Water Walking – Speaks for itself.  Use the resistance of the water as you log miles in the pool.  Class is followed by Water Aerobics II.  Class is instructed by Terresa Hatke.
